PUNCTUALITY, ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE
Rules & Regulations
- Students must report to school 05 minutes before school begins.
- Habitual late coming will not be tolerated. Three defaults may lead to fine or student being sent home.
- Absence without prior written permission is not allowed except sudden illness. Leave application with medical certificate is mandatory. Leave beyond five days will not be sanctioned.
- Half‑day leave is not permitted. Extended leave after long vacations is also not allowed.
- Participation in school functions is compulsory even beyond school hours.
- If a child misses any Unit Test or Examination due to illness, school must be informed immediately in writing with medical proof.
- Quarantine period required before returning: Chicken Pox – 3 weeks, Mumps – 2 weeks, Measles – 2 weeks, Jaundice – 3 weeks, Covid – 2 weeks.
- Minimum 75% attendance by 31 January is compulsory to appear in Annual Examination.
Failure to comply with attendance rules may result in examination restriction.
