ADMISSION RULES & FEE DETAILS

Admission in Army Public Schools to children of serving Army personnel coming on transfer from out station can be made anytime during the year subject to CBSE rules for Classes IX-XII.

Civilian children admission will not exceed 10% of class strength after admitting Army children.

1. Minimum Age: Balvatika 1 – 3 years, Class I – 6 years as on 31 March.
2. Submit application with Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate & Report Card.
3. Date of Birth once registered will not be changed.
4. All fees must be paid in advance at admission.
5. Class II onwards: Army wards from KV/APS automatic admission. Civilians need entrance test.
6. No submitted document will be returned after admission.
7. Withdrawal application must be given 7 days before TC issue.
8. No TC until dues cleared.
9. No representation entertained on rules.
